Eligibility

• Open to early-stage companies (less than 5 years of operations) engaged in innovative technologies, products, or services within the energy, climate, and sustainability sectors.
• Must be recognized by relevant government schemes like Startup India or have a valid startup certification.
• The startup should have a proven innovation or disruptive technology focused on energy transition, sustainable power solutions, or environmental impact.
• The startup must show potential for growth and scalability in the energy and climate sectors.
• Must have received funding from angel investors, venture capital, or government programs that support clean energy and sustainability innovations.

Information/Documents to be furnished along with the Membership form:

• Incorporation Certificate/Memorandum and Articles of Association/Partnership Deed/Trust Deed
• Latest Annual Report/Annual Accounts
• List of Directors, Partners with full addresses and details of Directorships/business Interest etc in other companies, if any
• GSTIN Certificate Copy & MSME Certificate Copy (If Registered)
• Form DIR-2, Form DIR-8 & Form MBP-1 (As per companies Act- 2013)
• Letter of Authorization from the institution’s Board or authorized representative
