Eligibility

• Open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the energy, power, utilities, oil & gas, water, or climate-related industries.
• The applicant must have a minimum annual turnover between INR 10 lakhs and INR 1 crore.
• Must be an active player in contributing to the sectors like renewable energy, energy efficiency, environmental solutions, or smart grid technologies.
• The company should be registered as an SME according to the MSME Act or equivalent classification.
• Must not have been involved in any legal or financial irregularities.

• Incorporation Certificate/Memorandum and Articles of Association/Partnership Deed/Trust Deed
• Latest Annual Report/Annual Accounts
• List of Directors, Partners with full addresses and details of Directorships/business Interest etc in other companies, if any
• GSTIN Certificate Copy & MSME Certificate Copy (If Registered)
• Form DIR-2, Form DIR-8 & Form MBP-1 (As per companies Act- 2013)
• Letter of Authorization from the institution’s Board or authorized representative
