Eligibility

For visionary organizations committed to advancing key agendas across major sectors, including energy, power, utilities, climate, and sustainability, and demonstrating leadership in shaping the future of these industries:

  • Membership Invitation: Any corporate body of significant size, reputation, and standing may be invited by the ENCIS Managing Committee to join as a Elite Member for an Annual or Lifetime Term.
  • Turnover Requirement: The minimum annual turnover should not be less then‚ 20 crore.
  • Authorized Representation: The authorized representative of the corporate entity must be a member of the Board of Directors or the CEO, duly authorized by the Board.
  • Clean Legal Record: The corporate entity must not have been involved in or implicated in any serious economic offenses.

Information/Documents to be furnished along with the Membership form:

  • Incorporation Certificate/Memorandum and Articles of Association/Partnership Deed/Trust Deed
  • Latest Annual Report/Annual Accounts
  • List of Directors, Partners with full addresses and details of Directorships/business Interest etc in other companies, if any
  • GSTIN Certificate Copy & MSME Certificate Copy (If Registered)
  • Form DIR-2, Form DIR-8 & Form MBP-1 (As per companies Act- 2013)
  • Letter of Authorization from the institutional Board or authorized representative
